| Q.) Does the item come with some kind of
authentication or certificate? A.) All items come with either a ticket stub from our event, a certificate signed by myself (Mike Mahone), who witnesses all the signings, or a video tape and/or picture of the signing on some items. |

| Q.) How do I know that the signatures are
real? A.) All the autographs come from one of our own signings. We have held both public and private signings with Steelers players for over 12 years. We do not trade merchandise or buy merchandise from any other vendor/wholesaler. By not doing that we can assure our customers that the item they receive came directly from the player. Since we concentrate mainly on signings with Steelers we can bring customers the best and sometimes the hardest autographs to obtain. |

| Q.) How are the items shipped and what is
the ship time? A.) All items are shipped via US Priority Mail or UPS. Any other shipping can be arranged on an individual order basis by calling HCS. All Credit Card & Money orders are normally shipped within 7 business days. Checks must clear before shipping. |

| Q.) What are the shipping charges? A.) Shipping charges for United States orders on MOST ITEMS are as follows: $1.00-$50 add $6.00 / $51.00-$150.00 add $9.00 / $151.00-$500.00 add $14.00 / over $500.00 add $20.00 SOME ITEMS THAT ARE BULKY & OVERWEIGHT WILL HAVE ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES ADDED TO THEM All Sales are final, exchanges only within 60 days except on special orders from signings such as personalization, etc.. 5% restocking fee on exchanges and new shipping charges. $25.00 bounced check fee. |

| Q.) Can you get me a players autograph that
you don't have in stock? A.) Yes and No. (no)We only carry players that HCS has done a signing with. Items do run out until and if we can arrange another signing. (yes) I could with my contacts find a players autographed item for you, but I would not be able to verify the authenticity of the piece since HCS did not witness the signing. |

| Q.) When is your next signing and where?
A.) Make sure you are on our mailing list to be kept up to date on all HCS signings both public and private. |

| Q.) Can I specify color of signature, location,
etc? A.) Yes and No. - If you have a specific request we can try & honor it providing we have something like it remaining in our stock. However, given the size of our inventory please know that the pictures on the website are for representation purposes only & that your acutal item may vary slightly in terms of color of signature, location of signature on photo, etc. Our primary goal is to insure that each item going out has a quality signature on it so we don't pay much attention to location (top or bottom of photo), color of ink, etc. |
